However the fastest and best way to get the benefits of Vitamin C is to actually treat it like candy.
Steps
- Get generic unsweetened Vitamin C, 250mg or 500mg.
- Place Vitamin C tablet in your tongue.
- Move Vitamin C tablet around in your tongue/mouth to avoid having your tongue burned by it, and suck lightly.
- Keep doing #3 until Vitamin C has completely dissolved.
- Repeat as necessary after a few hours or so until cold or cough or fever or fatigue is gone.
